If I had to name one underlying principle in my work with people, it would be to take each person, team or organization where they are right now.
We would look at outcomes and goals and then define what needs to change to get there.

My journey so far
My professional journey started as an Electrical Engineer from Hamburg University of Technology. Starting out as consultant for testing and
test management with certifications from ISTQB and IREB, I soon came in contact with the agile way of doing things.
This fascinated me so much, that I wanted to make this a second career and now my primary focus of work.
Beginning with Scrum and a team focus, I soon branched out to Kanban Coaching and scaling frameworks such as SAFe. Helping organizations
on their way to becoming more agile or transitioning into a modern way of doing things was now the underlying idea.
My latest step was to join the ever growing community of Flight Levels™ Coaches. Applying the method as a way of thinking and talking
about organizations together with their respective members is what really makes this work.
